I already wrote a review before, and now I want to write a huge gratitude to all the staff of the emergency surgery department. The whole team is responsive, my child is not there for the first time and the attitude is always at the highest level. Many thanks to the doctors who work there. All doctors also always respond, no matter who I ask, they will always answer and tell. And a special thanks to Andrey Vasilyevich Argunov, thank you very much for your work, you are helping my child for the first, second and third time, and now for the fourth time. Thank you very much.

We arrived with suspicion of poisoning, waited an hour for help, no washing, nothing was done. While the paperwork was being drawn up, another half hour passed and the child felt better. They were ordered to do a drip in the pediatrics department. Excuse me, I don't know what kind of specialist it takes to torture my daughter like that! The nurse could not get into the vein many times and put the catheter. Tortured her daughter, she is hysterical, cried hard, and turned blue. I've never seen her like this. I asked several times to stop it all, and wrote a refusal. So they still got nasty at me, insulted me and the child. You see that she is overweight and cannot find a vein. All the previous doctors we turned to quickly found a vein and communicated politely, and did not flutter our nerves. I am shocked. I am an educated person, I work in the field of culture, I am never rude, I don’t turn on my head and I endure inconvenience. But my patience ran out. Fortunately, the child was already better, they did not provide help, after writing the refusal, the pediatrician on duty and the nurse in the reception tried to morally support us and gave clear recommendations on what to take at home. Thanks to them for that. It's unpleasant that a couple of days later I got a call from the police, and I had to explain how and what happened and why they left. But, as I understand it, this is necessary for the report. In general - be vigilant, if God forbid, you will have to get there and do not let them torment your children, do not endure it! P.S. a special "thank you" to the ambulance, when I called - they sent me and told me to go by myself by car.

Terrible service, dismiss everyone in the emergency room, they don't want to work at all, why they are paid is incomprehensible

The surgical department is top notch doctors !!!! Attentive to children is a good approach, I as a mother of my child asked a doctor questions about treatment, respond with respect and understanding. The medical staff is excellent!
