At the same time, along the way, they "ate in the mouth" from the jar right in front of the client and quarreled with other clients. Central office ... Horror. Small packages of Aliexpress economy do not reach at all, as if they were being washed into the sea. I think, if you address in essence, rudeness and lost parcels will be less.

I ordered home delivery of a parcel (10/20/20) (service cost 100 rubles). The courier demanded three times the amount. At my objections, he began to be indignant and rudely express dissatisfaction with the fact that I refused to pay three times more. I kindly ask you to pay attention to your couriers, since extortion of money is generally a crime. Please send masked couriers, as now there is a virus pandemic in the world and in our country !! Disgusting and rude attitude !! I haven’t met such impudent people for a long time, especially from the service personnel. I didn't even expect this from the Russian Post.

Surprisingly, the Russian post has changed for the better. Parcels arrive as quickly as possible and as intact as possible. The office is large, all windows are working. I received three packages in just two minutes. We were very pleased. Plus, the operating time has changed. If earlier on Sunday they worked until 2, now until 9 pm.
