On August 20 this year, I bought expensive diamond earrings in your store in the city of Sochi, in the moremall shopping center. After the lapse of time, a marriage was found. The clasp began to slip. I went to the store. I turned to the seller, to which I was told that today is a day off and the product can only be accepted when the director is there. Came the next day, the director accepted. A month later, I received a message that the product was returned to the store and the return or exchange was refused. I arrived at the store and found that the clasp works, but the earring was folded and it was not even. Naturally, I wrote a statement that I could not pick up this product. As a result, on October 28, I refused to accept the broken product and the store is again silent, does not give any information. I don’t understand why a regular customer is treated this way. And since September 25, all the terms have expired, they could have solved this issue long ago, but apparently the store is not interested in its customers. They exhausted all the nerves. I don't even know where to go to solve the issue. I immediately said that I was ready to exchange for a return for another product. Please help me to solve this problem
