The worst jewelry store. I bought earrings, a cross and a chain from them on 09/06/2020, the chain had to be shortened by five centimeters, I gave it to the store for shortening. The seller informed me that it will take up to 45 days, but they will do everything quickly and I will not be there for a maximum of two weeks. As a result, today 10/15/2020 and the chain has not yet been given away, and at all my questions the sellers laugh maliciously and tell me to wait for the chain and do not understand why I am generally indignant. As a result, complete disappointment in the store, purchase and quality of service. If you want to leave a good shopping experience, don't buy anything from them!
