The impressions of the guesthouse are mixed. It is impossible to say that super good or badly bad. From "+": a good patio and barbecue area, mini-pool, in-room amenities, refrigerator, cleaning every day, relatively close to the sea, friendly staff, good furniture, high-quality ... it can be seen that they were done honestly in the USSR) ) But there is also a “-”: our room on the 1st floor ... darkened, this means that it is not the western side, but that it is really twilight! Reading a book without artificial lighting is not an option. There is Wi-Fi, but ... it doesn’t reach some numbers, and it doesn’t catch 3 or 4G in the room. I am surprised why the owners will not solve the problem of wi-fi .... now the Internet is much more in demand than the TV in the room) We came to rest when it rained, it was damp in the room. An interesting solution in the bathroom: there is a toilet, sink, shower on a small heel ... The shower "touches" ... This is not a shower cubicle, or at least a territory limited by the parapet ... When you wash it floods almost the entire bathroom, the drain in the floor. TV channels are modest.The overall impression is 3+ or 4-.

The rest is ruined !!! They fundamentally disagree with the value for money. Now I live, I have to suffer to live out, since I bought the ticket a long time ago. I live in a wooden house, a terrible house. To the boarding house does not pull at all. There is an incredible stink in the room, the smell is less felt if you turn on the Split, but you can't drive it around the clock, especially at night (I live with a child). On the walls, they are made of logs, they are dusty, from the 16th to the 20th, they have never changed either towels or bed linen. There is a washing machine in the room and a powder section and an elastic band around the lid are zipped right up to the garage. Furniture, mattresses and an additional sofa stink of old. In the shower stall, the water does not drain while you are standing in your dirty water. The dishes in the room are sticky, it is not clear how they were processed. Dining room: just that the staff themselves are helpful no more pluses. I live on a voucher with 3 meals a day, they only give something that probably no one eats barley porridge, for example, to say that they have no other, because they come here to eat for money, for them the menu is wide. Split in the dining room is turned on when the cook and the distributor are hot, and the TV does not bother them at all. To the sea 870 meters, along the back streets, the coast is located near the carriage depot, and therefore do not even dream of clean sea air. There is no place to walk in the evening either. There is no declared parking at all. Offered from neighbors for 150 rubles per day. It's not even economy class, I don't recommend this guesthouse at all.

Nice and most importantly quiet hotel

A cozy hotel and very hospitable hosts, my husband and I really liked everything, as well as the Altai-center hotel, near the sea. Everything is of the highest class and rooms and attitude !!! I recommend, you won’t regret it))

Nice, comfortable. There is no parking near the boarding house. Only paid.
