It’s rare when I write negative reviews. But this coffee-maker clearly deserved it. To begin with, the barista was clearly not in shape - when I approached he reclined on the counter and did not liven up when the client appeared and asked me to speak louder to my rather intelligible question. I repeated my question about which sugar-free drink is on the menu. He replied that to Late and Cappuccino. Okay, I thought and ordered Late Peach. Having previously asked, what kind of peaches are there, is it by chance not sugar syrup? "No, not syrup," he answered me. Then he muttered some standard phrases about stocks under his nose, I asked him again (because he spoke quietly), to which he repeated again, in an irritated manner, also inaudibly. I did not ask again. The drink was terribly sweet. And I, as a client, did not understand why I had not been warned about this before. After all, it’s clear that I needed “sugar free”. This time the coffee maker was very upset ... Two stars - for the speed of cooking and cleanliness of the kitchen Minus three stars - for lack of service and customer misinformation
