Very nice cozy hotel, located near the Riviera Park in a quiet street, although the street along which public transport passes is 5 minutes walk. Clean rooms, change towels every other day, bed every 3 days. Delicious breakfast buffet. Nearby are Pyaterochka and Magnit, and a small market where you can buy churchkhela, fruits and various souvenirs. Almost any bus or minibus can go to the center of Sochi. We rested in November, so the main goal was to walk around the city and go on excursions. Various excursions can be booked at the hotel. Ideal value for money !!!

Excellent hotel. We are here for the first time (writing from it). Paid ₽5800 for 4 nights. Value for money, excellent. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom. Clean and change linen often. The staff is polite. At the reception, if you ask, they explain everything, kindly. On the ground floor there is a small pool, heated to 35 ° C, also clean; if there are no floating ones, during the day, the pool is covered. It is very pleasant to swim and lie down together in the pool; there are not many people in the hotel now.
