All the truth. THESE ARE NOT FOUR STARS. The floors in the room were very dirty, made it easy to do the cleaning, but in response, "The cleaning lady has already left", there is no bottled drinking water in the room only on request, you will have to pay extra for a baby cot, the access road to the hotel is very bad and most importantly the hotel does not have an it was difficult for a child to climb to the third floor, the hot water was slightly warm. Also there are no cups, tea and coffee in the rooms. There are no sockets at the work table, the kettle had to be boiled on the bedside table. On the second day we decided to change the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, but at the same time not far from the most important tourist spots - beaches, cafes, walking streets. The area is small, but very cozy and green, I really wanted to spend time there. The hotel itself is clean, stylish, modern. The rooms are large and comfortable. We were also pleased with the breakfasts, it is a pity that it was not possible to have lunch and dinner there, since the food was for every taste. The staff was always friendly and polite, went to the meeting. Graphite for us turned out to be a small oasis after the bright entertainment in the city. We will definitely come back here again.

Excellent hotel! A quiet place among residential buildings, very cozy, comfortable, clean. New furniture, modern design, excellent service and friendly staff. In the courtyard in front of the hotel is a small garden, there is a corner for sports.

Reminded darrusade in Istanbul, a place by position, but only in Sochi. You can get from the station by bus. Google maps to the rescue. Breakfast is normal, the courtyard in front of the hotel is normal, the room is spacious, comfortable. The bathroom is a bit old and just cotton wool (cheap plumbing, few hooks, an uncomfortable ballot box, weak water pressure), but a warm floor, not a leaking shower. The breakfast room is a bit dark. Water is not added every new day. There is no kettle in the room and no cooler in the hallway. Had to ask for hot water at the reception. It is impossible to reach the sea, there are roads, but they are blocked.
