Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast with a lot of variety. Hotel has a free shuttle that will drop you off and pick you back up on a very convenient schedule making it easy to get to the beach or the city center. Hotel restaurant has very good food at a fair price. On top of all that the room price is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel to my fellow travelers!

Entering this hotel will require climbing three steps, and there are no rooms on the ground floor, no lift is provided, so it's impossible for people who cannot take stairs to stay here. Otherwise nice hotel with a connection to the restaurant next door, friendly reception, little English is spoken but if you know some Russian, they'll try to make things work

Wonderful hotel! I am very pleased with my stay here. Clean, spacious room with a balcony (economy room with a separate entrance). Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Any request is promptly answered. A nice bonus in the form of a visit to the spa for 3 hours (haven't been yet). Sufficient choice of food for breakfast. A small minus - in one shift, all hot dishes endure initially cold ones, there is no intelligible answer to the question why. But these are trifles. The remoteness from the sea is more than compensated for by a free transfer to the seaport and back. The rooms are cleaned perfectly! I recommend the hotel with pleasure and hope to come here again. Small hotel but cozy enough. On the pros ... Lovely spa area! There is everything: a jacuzzi, a children's pool, a small swimming pool, and also a wonderful sauna, Russian bath, Turkish hammam, infrared sauna, snow room, hay room, relaxation room and bar. Our room rate included a visit to the spa and fitness center (opening hours from 10 to 22). A decent breakfast buffet was also included in the price. A nice bonus was a bottle of champagne presented by the hotel for his birthday. In the hotel itself there is a restaurant "Noy", where you can taste dishes of Armenian cuisine and not only. There is a small open-air swimming pool, heated (it was a little cold), near which there are several sun loungers. Of the minuses ... specify when booking how your room will look like in reality. So, having ordered and paid for the superior de luxe, we were allocated a room that was unlike any of the pictures posted on the booking website, the view from the balcony and the area of ​​the room did not match either. It looked like we were just being given a superior room, for a deluxe price. There were no dressing gowns in the room, they brought them after contacting the administrator. There was no access to the sea, but there was an hourly transfer from the hotel (from 8 to 19) to the Riviera Park, the Seaport and back. However, sometimes there were not enough seats in the minibus. But in general, the hotel is not bad. When you are not sure about the weather, it is better to play it safe and take a hotel with a spa area.

Good hotel. Courteous staff. Great spa and snowy room. Large clean rooms. Cleaning every day. Tasty breakfast. Free shuttle to the seaport every hour. Definitely - yes!
