Receptionists were very nice, even though they only spoke russian. Room was ok too, even though we sorta had to make the bed ourselves every time and the comforter was kinda gross looking and old so we did not use it. Shower was extremely small. Also the location was not ideal, no taxi knew where it was and the road looked like it hadn't been paved in a long time. Very hard to get to.

A very inconvenient location, it saves that Pyaterochka is nearby. There is no soundproofing in the room, if the door is opened on the floor or people are talking, you can hear it well. They promised a view from the window to Bucking, in fact you look at the road. Payment upon check-in, if it were otherwise, I would try to change the hotel. Request a room with a balcony in advance.

Most mediocre hotel trying to pass itself off as a premium hotel. After booking, the administrator offers to make an advance payment of 30% to the Sberbank card of an unknown person. The suites are rather similar to the standard rooms. Tomorrow cannot surprise with its diversity, like me, the cafe as a whole. You can meet the declared 10 minutes from the beach if you run cross.

When they called, everything was fine, they told how well everything was with them and the number cost 1750 I don't remember exactly, it was at a discount, we come to the place and they tell us well, it's already 1950 at 4 in the morning, as they said there is parking, but only for 2 cars, and it turns out you throw the car on the road, then when we drove in, we were not warned that we would have to leave at 12:00 noon, and it turns out that we have to pay 2000 thousand per day, about this the girl who works at the reception should warn! As a result, they call us and say that you should have left, because your number has already been handed over, and your things are collected and found in the back room! It’s just awful, I’ll never recommend this guest house to anyone, but I’ll just dissuade everyone that no one would go there, there are simply no slippers, there are no parking spaces, we walked very far from the sea for 30-40 minutes! The room was not cleaned!

The hotel is good. In all respects, except for location. Rather, if your vacation is not a beach one, then it's good. Shops nearby, 7 minutes to Vinogradny street. You get used to walking uphill and downhill on the third day :) But to the beach to scratch on foot for half an hour, probably.
