The owner and his family live on the first floor. Therefore, the problems were solved within a few minutes. And there were no problems. In the courtyard there is a gazebo surrounded by grapevines and peach trees. The hostess collected peaches and grapes and put them in the public domain. Small clean pool. Children in the evenings did not climb out of it. The hotel is tastefully decorated. On the walls are pictures of the hotel owner. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen with a stove and everything you need. In general, it is felt that the hosts are trying to make the guests' rest pleasant. Due to the coronavirus, breakfast was not served at the hotel. An agreement has been signed with a nearby cafe. But everything is kept to a minimum in the cafe: cheese cakes and porridge. If you don't bother, that's enough. Linen is changed on request, so is cleaning. To go far to the sea. Access to the albatross beach. One of the cleanest in Sochi. Walk 20 minutes on foot. Uphill. And from the mountain. The first days were enough. But then they did not notice the road. There is a private bakery nearby, I advise. Several shops within walking distance. And about 300 meters away, a magnet. In general - we liked it!
