The case began in January 2020, I called, found out when the battery would appear on my Sony Xperia XZ, they did not tell me the exact date, it's okay, after all, the pandemic and China was closed, they said call in a month, I also called in February and March , they still said that there were no supplies from China, quarantine began in the city, after the quarantine was lifted, decided to call again, they said no, waited for summer, asked my mother to go to this service to order a battery, they told her that in 10 days it would be from them, they will call immediately, a month has passed, I decided to call myself, asked about the application, they said that there was no such application. I asked again to accept the application for a battery for my phone, the same guy said in 10 days we will bring it from the warehouse, I'm waiting, another month has passed, I decided to call, they say it hasn't arrived yet, we see your application, wait. And then finally a miracle, after 5-6 days they call me and say the battery was brought. The next day I come to this service, when they received my phone, they did not carefully examine it, and did not make an inventory, I had a film glued on, and there were bubbles on the screen under the film, the service said that you would come after 18:00 everything would be ready , came to pick up, turned on, everything seems to be fine. I moved away from the service, an SMS came, and against the background of this SMS I saw a dark spot on the left of the screen, turned around, went back, pointed to this defect, I was told you had the whole screen in spots that it was from the film, well, I believed it, although I didn't really believe it , I went to re-stick the film, and this stain remained. I came home, put the phone on charge, and saw that the diode responsible for charging was burning as if in half, something was either lying on this diode, or it was dead. Well, it's okay, I'm used to it, although I don't really like it when everything works halfway) I contacted the service on August 12, and on November 5, my screen moved away from the case, it just falls out, what are you gluing them to? three months have passed! Honestly, I thought that if I turn to the official representatives, everything should be done almost as if from a factory, but on business, Ashot does much better on the market than you are "professionals". In short, friends, never in my life myself will ever step into this service! And you be more attentive, do not repeat my mistakes! Thanks for attention! The answer to your answer!) You answered me for a month, did you think that I would carry the phone with me separately from the screen? I went and redid it in a regular service, asked to re-glue the screen. We did everything. You probably ask why I didn't immediately contact an authorized service, I answer) Firstly, I did not save the act of work done and the check, I thought that with you, as an official, there simply should not be any problems. Secondly, you offended me with poor-quality repairs, I thought that the second and third time you would not be able to make me a high-quality phone. I was, is and will be a client of the Sony brand store, there are no complaints about you at all! But in the current service center, I am not foot! Maybe someday you will open a new official Sony service, where only our best Sony equipment will be repaired, and not everything in a row and along the way Sony. Thanks for attention!
