Once I went there, I began to choose brushpen. here my phone rings, I take it, and it slips out of my hands, falls on a glass shelf (fortunately, it is intact). everything nafig flies in different directions, I try to catch it and cut my finger with a broken screen. the consultants brought me napkins, helped stop the blood, and did not swear that I had slapped them on the shelf with blood! 10 points per attitude out of 10. seriously, the store really cares - everything is there, and in excess. some products can be found elsewhere cheaper, but this is not critical. most pleased with the assortment of sketchbooks, markers and brushes, of course.

To me, so no one else came up, found only 2 units of goods out of 10 that they were looking for. Left with nothing. And only the girl at the box office asked if I took everything from what I was looking for and was ready to break off and show me everything herself (+1 star) Unfortunately I did not have time, since I spent it on independent searches. TOTAL: I will certainly come to this store, but next time it will not be a polite request for help, but a specific list in hand with what I need.
