Operators on the hotline were incorrectly rude and several times dropped the phone (even though I was very sensitive and sustained). Further, in a dialogue with the commercial director, I was sent "back home," the latter thought that this was "not our problem." Rudeness of operators, while the head justified by the fact that they have a difficult day today, a lot of calls. Leader - well done. Apparently, to justify errors and incompetence is the engine of trade)))) As a result, the holiday is spoiled. Perhaps this is a rare case for the "Valley of Flowers", but it fell on one of the most important "flower" days. I will not go to the Valley of Flowers more - I'm full ".
