The worst checkin experience ever! They were holding my wife and my 4 yo son at the lobby for hours before my i was able to send my wife a picture of my son’s birth certificate to confirm that She is his mother. She had my sons passport and her passport handy, but no, this hotel wants you to take a quest to get into it.

Nice and clean ! Very efficient at front desk but check inn too slow like everywhere...

Very proficient service and all services are working eventhou the crisis! (clap) Rooms big and clean. Perhaps breakfast can improve but overall very good stay. Do not miss the cookie!

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. As I booked my stay through AMEX website and was denied my entry when I arrived at 2:00 am on October 18 2020. They didn’t let me stay and get into the room I booked( fully paid before). As I did have my Russian international passport, but how the receptionist Andrey told me he can’t check me in, cause I don’t have domestic Russian passport. This is insane! My passport was issued in Russia, as well as I did have other US gov. issued documents with me. But none of them did work according to Andrey. So he didn’t let me in at night in my room for which I paid in full!!! Outrageous experience. Don’t stay there.

When we got here we were very warmly welcomed. Staff speak fluent English and they are friendly and professional. Lobby is spacious and has many different types of chairs that you'll be able to find a right one for you. Rooms are nice, renovated and shower had plenty of hot water. Great that they provide a bath robe. Room service was very good and prompt. The reason I give 4 stars not 5 is air conditioner in my room. Although I tried many times to turn it off it did not turn off, it kept being "on" and kept blowing hot air. I was feeling so hot and there was no windows to open to get fresh air. I woke several times during the night feeling so thirsty, and I got coughs due to the dry air.
