Called 2 times to come to the house and looked at the sofa. The first time did not come. I called back, apologized for not being able to because the person got sick, apparently they don’t know how to warn. The second time we agreed in a week. The same story again did not arrive. Called them do not respond. It seems that customers are very necessary, wasting my time. Awful
