I fully support the previous reviews on this company. SPSR SPSR in Arkhangelsk sucks! Does not fulfill its obligations for delivery. Assign the date of delivery, you sit waiting for the courier a whole working day, and then it turns out that you did not pick up the phone, although no one called or called and immediately dropped and so on the circle !!! It's not the first time with this company and every time it's the same. I wish you not to contact this office.

I ordered things from the online store. The parcel was delivered quickly. I was unpleasantly surprised by the mode of operation of couriers: on weekdays from 9 to 18. :-( Just when everything is at work. I had to go to the office and pick up the package myself, do not lose the whole day waiting! The staff is polite, no complaints.

disgusting service. The package arrived on Dec 12, 2016. No notice, no call, no SMS ... where to call, where to look. only possible to get Dec 19 and then by self. 3 days will just lie. if you want to get it, you’ll get the fuck. a week is in stock - class. Why pay money for such a delivery that nobody needs anything. delivery only from 9 to 18, if at this time you can’t pick it up yourself or you can’t be at home upon delivery by courier - they don’t care. not recommend
