The Ponizovkina Castle has been restored only from the outside. But this does not prevent the holding of various kinds of events, including musical concerts, which is facilitated by good acoustics. The castle was "nicknamed" by the locals. Originally it was the home of the merchant Ponizovkin, who created a starch-packing plant here, which provided residents of the village of Guzitsyno, then the Red Profintern, as well as the nearby settlements with workplaces. With the collapse of the Soviet Union, gradually the enterprise fell into decay, and then ceased to exist. A wooden building with a carved roof is once a dwelling house. What is inside now - I do not know. The tavern is cozy, I can not say anything about the kitchen.
