I bought a sofa for 65 thousand in an office in Leningdad (Mega shopping center). I paid for another 1200 for delivery and assembly, therefore, the price increased even more. When the furniture assembler arrived, it turned out that one part was broken and needed to be replaced. I warned the collector that I’m expecting guests next week, I need a nosebleed couch. no other seats. The weekend passed, Monday came, every day I called the store and the collector, reminded me that time was ticking, that the sofa was needed very urgently. To which the collector fed me breakfast, they say, tomorrow or tomorrow he will come and do everything. The critical day for me came - Friday, which was agreed with everyone who was involved in this situation and the collector Alexander in a joking manner said that he would come tomorrow, that is, on the day when my guests would already be sitting on the floor! I am extremely dissatisfied with the attitude towards the client, the office phone number was not given to me, explaining that they would transmit information. There are no complaints about delivery and sales managers: they did their job and sympathized with the situation. In my opinion, having bought an expensive product from any company, they should correspond to the image and do everything possible so that the client comes back to them again, and not push back and postpone everything until the last moment. I do not recommend this organization, I am extremely disappointed.
