The mail should deal with letters and parcels, and then you have to send a letter to stand in line for 1.5 hours. In general, the department itself is normal, and the staff is good, but they really are not enough.

It’s good that there is Russian Post in all corners of our country. All employees are pleasant in communication and will always help to find the lost package. There are queues, but they do not have to wait long.

We get here a pension for a daughter. We arrive in the morning (between 8:00 and 9:00), we manage quickly - 15-20 minutes is the maximum. The department is clean and tidy, there is where to sit down while you finish the free line.

Much better than before, servicing a bit faster with electronic technology. But the people became even more, the department clearly can not cope with the volume of work. People stand in line for an hour. Office hours are very limited, and even a lunch break. We really need at least one more department, the neighborhood is growing rapidly!
