I ask you to draw the attention of the leaders to the administrators of your paid medical institution, for the first time today I was in diamed at 12, building 1, and faced with disrespect and rudeness of the administrator, who in a rough form filling out my documents at the hint of her colleague told me to sit down and not stand over her soul. Of course, I can understand everything, but when you turn to a paid institution, I want the staff to learn how to competently and respectfully communicate with visitors in whatever mood they wake up today. And leaders do not leave this unattended. Be nice to each other.

I was registered with a dermatologist. Realizing that I was late, I called and said that I would be 10 minutes late. She asked if the doctor would wait or not. for 13 minutes, ran jogging. To which they told me, the doctor leaves and they won't accept me, re-register for the evening ..... I understand that I was late, but I called, clarified whether it makes sense for me to hurry and go. Just horror .....
