Отличное место, чтобы выполнить плавание, вело и бег за один день, а потом сходить в сауну. В целом всё на хорошем уровне. Иногда многовато людей, но с безлимитным абонементом можно найти время и разнести тренировки. Пока что для меня есть два серьёзных недостатка(минус две звезды): 1) отсутствие в свободном доступе велотренажёров из групповых тренировок, т.к. стоящих в зале всего два вертикального типа, вечером они заняты; 2) нет нормального пешеходного подхода ко входу, узкие обледенелые проходы, заставленные автомобилями.

I bought an annual subscription for 9,000 rubles. I go to sports dances, strength training and swimming. There are steam rooms: you can relax well after a workout. The lockers in the dressing room are locked with an El lock, you can only open the owner of the El key as an intercom. Locker room at the entrance, change of shoes required. There is a gym for all muscle groups. You can buy an individual workout. All in all, GOOD !!!

I waited 20 minutes to go to the steam room, so that it was, as expected, 3 people, five more came in, left without warming up, went to the shower - the water was 20 degrees, froze. They do not disinfect booths, benches, exercise equipment. I was not in the gym, but my husband said that there were not enough simulators, they sold out subscriptions, but they could not create conditions.

Together with Ira (my girlfriend), we bought a subscription in April of that year on the same day. Taking into account the pandemic, the subscription was valid until September 18. Today we came to the pool, and it turns out that her subscription expired 3 days earlier. Miracles, and nothing more. Although we bought together and once frozen the subscription. Some of the staff (I know some guys, they are normal) work like robots, without any customer focus. Despite all the jambs, we wanted to extend the subscription, if we figured out our situation and let Ira work out, only 3 days remained before the subscription expired. Most likely, the date of purchase of the season ticket was hammered incorrectly or at the wrong time. Getting to know the network: We were led to the action that only up to the xs number a subscription costs 20,000 rubles, then it will be more expensive. Of course, this is marketing, but essentially it is deceiving customers. We bought subscriptions for 40,000 rubles, although later we saw many friends who bought for 15,000, well, nothing, overpaid 5,000, sometimes they supported the opening of a good fitness center. We are not fond of walking early in the morning to study, and in terms of traffic, rush hour. We often went to the club around 10-11 am. And for a few moments they could not even go to the sauna, because it turned out that many people (mostly older women) bought day tickets for 10,000 rubles (by the way, no one told us about them, so we would have bought it ourselves). As a result, either there is no place in the sauna, or you are listening to loud conversations of 7-8 age women, in general, you cannot relax. It is clear that you will not swim in the pool, because there are a lot of people on the track, and even on the track for sports swimming, they swim sooooo slowly, and this is not regulated in any way. In general, I felt sorry for the little money spent, we decided to go in the evenings, since there was such a crush during the day. In the evening, as it turns out, you can't swim, there are also a lot of people in the gym (but it's not as annoying as the pool), even at 20, 21:00, as a result, you had to go before closing, at 21.40-22.00 As it turned out, freezing was only possible for 7 days. I was very surprised by this, because even an average person's vacation lasts 2-3 weeks. And after that, it seems like 3 or 4 months you can't freeze the subscription again, if not less often. We work a lot and try to get out of the city 3-4 times a year. As a result, the next vacation was already impossible. you leave for 2 weeks, freeze for 1 week. cool!!! When I broke my leg, I also lost a couple of weeks. Cool, in general, because of the freezing, which is not freezing and the crush of people, a third of the time from my subscription I did not go there at all. Minuses: - very expensive personal training (there is something to compare) - the changing rooms are very dirty, especially the floor, as people walk in their shoes. Shoes cannot be put in the wardrobe, there are no shoe racks to put them on. You need to carry bags or packages with you to fold it. Most do not and walk on a damp floor with mud after the pool - a week or two late in the evening at the entrance to the fitness center the lights do not work, you walk in pitch darkness. I understand, sometimes the guards turn off the light on the stairs at the photo studio and the bulbs burn out, but we don't have such a flow of people - some (did not check all) employees at the reception do not know about any promotions and discounts at all, you need to communicate through managers. You can tell at least about the basic conditions and give instructions so as not to crawl on the site and not search - these stupid health certificates for 600 rubles. About which nothing was said when buying a subscription. In principle, I made a certificate from a doctor for free. How in 2 minutes they will check your health in a fitness house, what you can do, I still do not understand. I think when someone really dies with a fitness house certificate (that he is healthy), then a scandal will arise. I went for a month without a certificate, every time I could not get out of there, and they insistently told me that I should bring a certificate.
