Few universities can boast their own wellness center. The Northern (Arctic) Federal University has such a center where every student, having medical indications, can take a monthly health course in the sanatorium 2 times a year. For teachers, this opportunity is provided only once every two years. All center services are free for both students and teachers. There are wonderful therapeutic baths and a sauna, massage (manual and automated), a dentist’s office, aromatherapy, acupuncture. In general, everything you need to relieve stress from the session and work. Students can stay in comfortable rooms from Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday the center is closed. Patient dispensary is provided with 3 meals a day.

A great place to relax, but not all procedures work, baths are excellent with sauna, the staff is friendly, you will be provided with rest and treatment, I advise everyone)
