Well, now it's sweet, that is, cons: - after signing the sales contract and making an advance payment, the car was prepared for exactly 2 weeks, the problem was in the queue for the installation of additional equipment (it was a condition for the sale of the car), honestly I'm tired of waiting for it - when the car was handed over, it turned out to be on summer tires on November 18, although they asked her to change her shoes immediately after the preliminary conclusion of the contract They forgot about winter tires, I had to recall. The road was still dry, but the forecast promised snow within the next two hours, and we would go to the neighboring region in an hour and a half. Therefore, we wanted to take shape as soon as possible and get home without snow in the summer. - The rubber was punctured with a separate check, it was handed out from a warehouse located in a nearby car dealership (one holding). We waited 30-40 minutes. In fact and in the documents, there was not the promised Henkuk rubber, with an unknown brand AvaTyre. I was very surprised, after which they began to call to find out why this particular rubber, voiced the reason that there was no other in stock. Since the time was already running out, we were on summer tires, according to the forecast, the snow should have started in a little over an hour. It was decided to take what they gave and go home faster. Subsequently, this rubber was handed over to Trade-in for almost nothing compared to the selling price to me, and the one that was planned was bought. - the next moment was the car tinting. When discussing special stages, a request was made to make a non-dark tint, since the spouse will drive so that she is comfortable (there is a confirmation correspondence). In fact, it turned out that they rolled up the darkest 5, it's probably good that not in two layers, and thanks for that. In fact, at your own expense, now you need to rasterize and tint again. Toning was a must. - installed the alarm system as additional equipment. During the discussion, nowhere was it announced that the second key would be sewn up as a lineman, that is, the salon issued one key! If this information was originally announced, I would simply be ready to pay for this alarm and pick it up without installing it. And now I have to order another key for inadequate money. A real jamb, which we learned about only when issuing a car. - the alarm installer was in a hurry due to such a flow of cars for installation, so many functions do not work, for example, the key fob from the car is registered in the signaling. You can start a car remotely from it, but it no longer opens it, you have to open it from the alarm key fob. Another jamb, when the trunk is opened from the car keychain, and the signaling starts to scream. In general, it would be better not to put it than to put it that way. - well, lastly. A week after the purchase, the manager called to get feedback on the purchase process and the points that I will give. I voiced all these disadvantages, to which the manager said that he wrote everything down and everything will be passed on to the management. Another two weeks have passed, but it is clear that this is the norm, such a number of jambs, since no one answered. Then I gave the manager 4 points in advance to the car dealership, yet I had to reduce them to 3, due to the lack of feedback, and as I understood my unwillingness to resolve issues on jambs. Here is such a long story. Auto Skoda Karoq. I recommend it to everyone looking for a compact crossover. He gives emotions from managing him. P.S. they managed to arrive home before the snow and after 10 minutes he went. Therefore, there was no time to wait and decide something. It took 4 hours to issue and issue rubber. P.S.S. I understand that at the moment, when there is a shortage of new cars on the market, my review is unlikely to stop anyone. But in the future, I hope it will serve as a reason for a more accurate check of the car upon receipt.

The quality of service and waiting times are poor. The dealer does not have a basic lubricant to lubricate the engine guard mounting bolts. The technician determines the tire pressure by touch, not with a pressure gauge. Also, part of the work prescribed in the regulations when performing maintenance is not performed.
