I will never go to this medical center again! I have never seen such a disgusting attitude at the reception! I handed over the documents for registration, and the girls sit and brazenly chat among themselves, instead of working! They also barked at me because I could not stand it and after a while made a remark. I do not understand where the manual is looking if there are always complaints about them in the patients' reviews ?!

I was enrolled in the MHI one day later than the deadline for the direction, while the administrator authoritatively stated that 1-2 days is not scary. I did not believe it and updated the direction. And an elderly woman came, she had 2 days overdue, she was reprimanded for a long time about this, on her weak argument that “she was told”, the girl (I use this word specifically to emphasize the age difference with the patient) graciously agreed to issue it. Young administrators, you may not know, but reception through the mandatory medical insurance is free for us, and the state pays for you, you don’t need to consider us freeloaders and people of the 2nd grade. Still. I waited for a call for a day, did not wait and called myself. They found me, but ... instead of an ultrasound of the Forearm and Conn. Veins have recorded me on an ultrasound of the LOWER EXTREMITIES. Is that what? This is not just inattention to the patient, but a direct disregard for their duties. Further. Sending me to the office was not reported as a surname, first name, middle name of the doctor. I wanted to look at the site, but there is also NO THIS information (!!!). How to see a doctor? Well there is a generalization- DOCTOR. Summary. Drive such employees into the neck, all the more so finding a good reception and with brains and appearance is not a problem, judging by many organizations, not a problem. And such cases, I described 3 in one visit, and reduce your rating. Now for the good. The nameless doctor, to whom I was referred, is Andrei Grigoryevich Katsybo, an ultrasound specialist. In addition, he was a very friendly and pleasant person who reassured and encouraged, also a wonderful specialist, checked everything, explained my problems easily and clearly. Thanks to him and so far in this clinic only to him

I put one star for the building! And zero for the provision of services! I signed a bunch of documents! And the ultrasound of the VESSELS OF THE NECK AND HEAD GOT ​​10% I looked at two points and asked me some kind of nonsense! I probably should complain!
