There were problems at the recording stage, the call was constantly dropped at the reception. Arriving at the medical center, I managed to make an appointment in person. To the question - "What's with the phone?", I received the answer - "I made out patients, I'm sitting here alone." Subsequently, having come to the appointed time, I had to sit out a forty-minute queue.

The specialists of this clinic came to the village of Oktyabrsky, we signed up for an ultrasound with a 5-month-old baby, we ourselves live in Velsk (this is 65 kilometers away). No one else does an ultrasound of the heart for babies, i.e. if not them, then the nearest - only Vologda. We arrive at the appointed time, the reception window is closed, the queue, they say, they say they left for lunch for about 15 minutes, we wait ... After standing in line for about an hour, their lunch does not end, I go to the office to see the situation there - it’s also the turn, and they didn’t go through even those who were recorded an hour and a half earlier than us. It also turns out that at the same time they have several people recorded at once. In complete shock from what is happening and realizing that it will take all day to wait (and it’s time to feed the baby already), we have to turn around and go back home. I did not expect such a disgrace, and this is for such and such money !!! There was a very negative impression and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone !!!

Dirty, bad smell in the corridor, but most of all I was struck by the fact that I, having come to a paid reception, sat in line for half an hour. Were at the reception with an otrlaringologist. The doctor himself, the attitude and competence I liked.
