I really want to share indelible impressions about the work of this clinic, or rather the chief doctor Yablokov, who absolutely does not give a damn about his patients. The boorish attitude, be it three times sanctified by aphthalmology, but after his antics to be treated by this person, the desire disappears completely.

Unfortunately, I can not share the praise. Passed examination by a doctor Smirnova I.B. Instead of the expected qualitative diagnosis, I got a boorish attitude to myself. Before that, I had a consultation in another center and in another city, which I immediately informed the doctor. In response, I heard that I had to hide such information and "such a commission offends her." I do not understand on what grounds Smirnova IB assumed the role of educator and decided to teach me "good manners" in her opinion. I have the right to visit at least all the ophthalmological centers in the city, but she does not have the right to reproach me with this. After Smirnova I.B. I diagnosed, I asked for more details on what was happening to my eyes. The answer of the doctor, to whom I turned for a paid consultation, - "And you did not try to read on the Internet?". This indicates a lack of competence of the doctor, as well as ignorance of communicative ethics. As a result, the diagnosis made by her did not coincide with the diagnosis made by specialists in another center. After I reported I. B. Smirnova about this, she began to justify herself, apparently realizing the lack of sufficient knowledge in the area in which she should be competent. If you want to save your nerves and money - never contact this institution!

Many thanks to the specialists of the clinic, especially Natalia Nikolaevna Zudova. Great doctor, a doctor from God! Before the operation, I was all lucidly told, I carefully studied the results of the preliminary examination. For the first time in my life after the operation, I felt like a complete seeing person. From birth, I have poor eyesight and for almost 40 years, I didn’t know how to "see clearly." And thanks to N. N. Zudova, I finally “saw everything”. This is such a miracle! Once again, many thanks and kowtow for the fact that in the shortest possible time you have returned my sight to me!
