A day later, the manager called us and said that there are no selected chairs, there are similar in the color we need, but more expensive and you need to pay extra. We come, pay extra, wait a month and we are brought chairs and a table, everything is as it should. Then the fun begins - the chairs are very different in color from what the manager promised us, plus one of them with a crack in the seat. We are writing a claim in the act of receipt. After that, the company manager contacts us and says that the model’s chairs as brought to us do not happen in a different color, only such. It’s not very convenient to wait another month for new chairs, so they agreed with the color. But they promised to fix the cracked chair, for this the craftsmen even arrived and examined it. More than 6 months have passed since the inspection and the promises to repair the chair. If you try to reach the store where the purchase was made, they say that they can’t do anything, call the delivery department, but the delivery department does not pick up the phone. In total, we have a table, 5 chairs of the wrong color that was promised and a broken chair that was not originally planned to be bought.
