There are no words. I sent the parcel first class so that it could reach the recipient as soon as possible. They indicated the wrong index, although the index wrote them the one they need. As a result, the package (an important package) has been traveling to all branches of Moscow for a week already. The parcel sent in first class must be delivered to the recipient, personally in hand, I do not know how they issued it, that the parcel is in the post office in Moscow and is waiting for the recipient. It's just awful!
