I sent a feedback about the service (or rather, the lack thereof) of the Post Office of Russia, which at 77, Nikolsky Ave., I decided, having visited three (3 !!!!!) times in this office, and never received a registered letter. Firstly, the Branch is located in a separate part of Solombala, which is far from the center. Getting there is problematic. Secondly, they work until 19-00, and not until 20, as indicated on the Notification. Thirdly, each time I come to the Russian Post Office after work, I see the same picture - the full room of people (people 15–20) and convincing: “I don’t take the queue! After 19 I will not serve anyone !!” Only one window works. When asked about the provision of the Book of Complaints and Suggestions, the employee said: "Someone took the book and did not return it." All this causes outrage. It is necessary to change approaches to serving people!

Very far from the center of Solombala, the room is very small, absolutely not suitable for a large number of people. It is a pity for older people who are waiting in turn, and some come from the other end of Solombala. A new room is needed.

Never get through !!!!!!!!!! horror is easy! notifications are often sent after receiving the parcel and you have to stand in line for 2 hours again, and then they say that the parcel has already been received. One window works, 30 people in line.
