I have visited here 2 or more times..but it was really good. Peoples here are very helpful. I still remember that day..it was the first time am going there. Me & one of my friend went to take our parsal. It was a long queue. So we made to wait there. Most of the time people's here treated as very awkward.We had a thought that Russians don't even know how to smile. For us it was really a strange place..we don't even know the language as well.But they treated us comfortably.They talk to us. We didn't understand their language...but we just understand one thing...the smile they given. It's true that smile have language. And it was one of the best experience I had here.

This department basically does not carry registered letters to the address, only notices. September 6, 2019 at 10:23 they have a mark on an unsuccessful attempt to hand me the departure of the 1st class. According to google chronology, I see that that day from 9:11 a.m. to 4:10 p.m. I was at the address indicated in the letter (in the screenshot from Google, the address 163071 was mistakenly assigned to this address). The intercom works, the doorbell works. Probably, the postman doesn’t even take letters with him, they all five minutes after the mark of arrival at the department are making an unsuccessful attempt at delivery. Stand, citizens, in lines.

Mail as mail, nothing has changed since Soviet times. Almost always a long queue, there is not enough space, because of this the floor is always dirty, inside stuffy. Workers are in no hurry, and are not going to do it. A sponge with water for gluing brands is often dry, moistened only at a polite request. For fans of arguing with staff, the best place.

There are not enough places, one window is working, the queues are huge, the operators are stupid, the notices come very little by little.
