Queues always and nothing changes. A person who wants to send / receive a package lays a whole queue together with those who want to pay for utility bills. Of the four windows, only two always work.

Always turn. Electronic queue does not save the situation. I come to receive mail service, and payers of housing and communal services - go to the bank!
