Beautiful square, decorated in the Soviet style. Unusual monument. Great view of the Northern Dvina.

IMHO, the Square is inextricably linked with the Victory - here are the eternal flame and the Victory Monument in the Patriotic War. In general, here dvizhuha. In the summer, children ride on rollers and scooters, and every winter there is an ice sculpture competition called “Frozen Songs”, performances by artists, and good slides for children.

Often holidays and various events are held on the square. Monuments and monuments mainly connected with the Great Patriotic War were erected on the square. Along the perimeter are cute Christmas trees. There is a descent to the city beach from the square.
