And it's time for the street to return its historical name - Pskovsky Prospect.

Chumbarova-Luchinsky Street is one of the most picturesque places in Arkhangelsk. Yes, unfortunately, a single architectural wooden ensemble has not been formed, but individual buildings are also impressive and allow you to see the city as it was a hundred years ago. The lack of a unified style is more than compensated by the unique, original sculptures that embodied the examples of Russian northern folklore and traditions.

Former Bolshaya Meshchanskaya street, Middle Avenue, Pskov Avenue. IMHO, the "reserved street" in the city did not work, although the idea was excellent. The old mansions are in need of repair, many of them for some reason were revetted with siding, allowed the construction of multi-storey buildings that completely did not fit into the "preservation" of the street, everywhere they installed the same type of sculpture by Syukhin. There is no northern color here.
