Not so long ago I turned to this company for help. In search of housing, in the ad, as a seller, the realtor number was indicated. I’m calling, I’m getting information about the price of housing - 1330 thousand rubles, how soon you can see the selected apartment, to which I received an answer - I’ll call you back in 15 minutes. The call rang in an hour., Specified at what time I can, then again - I will call you back in 10 minutes. I didn’t wait for the call back, I called back myself: “Who is this?” - “This is Olga, about the apartment,” - “Which apartment?”. These chimes continued all day, and each time he asked who was calling. The next day, I, however, managed to view the apartment, again clarified the price of -1330 thousand rubles. Well, I’m buying. To celebrate, I ask for an earlier day the next day from work. An hour before the meeting, the call: "I clarified the price of 1380 thousand rubles. It is my professionalism that before making the advance payment, I clarified the price." And before it was impossible ?? The question is - why misinform the client, spend his time, I wouldn’t even go look then? The attitude towards customers is terrible, there were only negative impressions.

Take the announcement of the owner, are set up as his own. On the phone, the owner replied that he did not put up for sale, although the description is the same. Con pictures from the Internet, and just below the cost. Thus helping to sell quickly without the owner's demand. On the other hand, it's also advertising not only themselves, but also the owner and the purpose is to sell faster.

This agency - like most of their apartments - is not real. IMHO. I advise you to avoid going there if you see their contacts in the ads.
