Not the first time we run into shoals on this point of MyBox, but what happened a few days ago and today, to put it mildly, plunged into shock. A few days ago we ordered delivery from a point to RIO, there was an extra wasabi in the order. Order came without him. Called, made the appeal - gave compensation in 100 p. OK. Ordered tonight, in the order was a liter of cola worth 125 p. As a result, we were given 0.5 coke for this money. Also did not put soy sauce. At all. The result: on the clock 21:55, and we run around the area in search of soy sauce. We are shocked by this attitude of the company to customers. We ordered rolls and sushi only here for a few years, but after this we definitely will not go here anymore and will not order anything from here.

The disgusting rolls were different, but they are all the same in consistency and taste pepper is not possible, the rice is falling apart even for cheap rolls spoiled the evening, don’t take the extra waste of money, I don’t know how to make it would probably be better to make rice with pepper pepper mixture of lithium on top of all the rolls, and even we took 4 kinds of baked cakes, they even took them near the baked cakes and didn’t lie close if the sauce they fly off poured on top of the rice it’s baked so they are dibioi.

The most terrible order of all time! This have not happened before! Just ruined the holiday! Made an order through the site, which was very slow. SMS arrived with the order number. After a while, they came to pick up the rolls. The attendant girl did not pay attention to customers and went about their business. Finally, after getting her attention, after about ten minutes, she asked what we needed. Omitting a few more moments after the next 5-10 minutes of waiting, she begins to look for an order in the computer ... And she does not find it! The requests to go to a meeting and somehow solve this problem were refused. In her words, this is an attack by a hacker site. She can do nothing. The festive scheduled dinner did not take place. Do not reach the call center. Waiting ... Waiting ... Waiting ... Thank you for the spoiled holiday and the corresponding mood. I think this is our last order in mybox.

Tasty sushi, I liked it. Good variety of sets, they cook quickly, tasty, there is delivery. The location is convenient, in the "RIO" at the entrance to the "Ribbon".
