From time to time I used the services of daily rental apartments of this company. Cleanliness, service and value for money have always been high. But one case a couple of years ago messed up all previous impressions. Booked an apartment in advance for one day, the reservation was confirmed by phone. When I arrived at the office for the keys on the day of check-in, it turns out that no one was waiting for me, and there is no reservation. I didn’t have other free apartments for replacement, and I had to look for free rooms in other hotels in the city. I recommend this company, but I advise you to receive confirming documents for early booking from them in order not to be in my situation.

07/14/2017. I rented an apartment with a jacuzzi. I liked it very much. I would like to note the most important thing is cleanliness. The apartment is "fragrant." Availability of soap and soap accessories. Disposable slippers. Existence of wai-vaya ... Responsive and polite staff. The breakfast that was offered was modest but nice .... P.S. (guys thank you! I called a couple of days in advance, booked an apartment, told me to call upon arrival and hand over the keys. Two hours before the keys were handed over, they called and refused. I asked a friend about this company, he rented an apartment there and said that the conditions were terrible, the linen was not washed, the shower was leaking, the dishes were not washed. So guys, I do not recommend this company, all my plans for this day were spoiled

Quality of service Very good service. They helped me choose an apartment according to our preferences. The apartment is clean, right in the center. Bed linen and towels provided. I liked everything very much, we’ll only stay with you now.

The apartment had a dirty floor, a lot of dust, there was no banal toilet paper.
