We checked in late, the owners described how to pick up the keys from the locker and we never crossed paths with them. Entering the room, they were struck on the spot by the smell of sewers. It was impossible to breathe in the living room, even being for five minutes was agony, and two of our friends had to sleep there all night! Attempts to get through to the owners have come to nothing. Five minutes later, we discovered that one of the promised sofa was missing and was replaced by a folding bed. Everyone had to squeeze in the remaining two rooms, closing the doors tightly to keep the smell out. In the morning, the owners read our messages in Wotsap, but were in no hurry to respond. They immediately applied the description of the room on the booking and tried to convince us that there shouldn't be a sofa. It's good that we found screenshots on our phone. We tried to negotiate politely, asked for an additional room for those who cannot sleep in the living room, or at least a discount. But we got nasty and told that either we get away or pay for the second night. We came only for a couple of days, it was difficult to look for another option and we decided to stay. When they began to read the latest reviews on booking, it turned out that almost all reviews in recent months are negative. Apparently, the owner has changed.

Perfectly! This is a separate house with several family rooms with their own access to a small garden. Purely, there is everything you need. The rooms are large, approx. 30m. Walking distance to the center for 10-15 minutes.

We were looking for a hotel where you can with animals. Found this guest house. For 2 days, only 200 r were taken from the dog. We got a room in the attic. Very nice, clean and tidy room. There is everything necessary, very comfortable and warm. The only negative is that there is no air conditioning. For a long time there was no such hot summer and we did not even think about the air conditioner. And so the number for 10k! We are glad. If we are still in Kostroma, we will definitely settle here.
