The other day my wife and I had the honor to visit the "Lilia" cafe in the city of Kashin. The visit turned out to be just awful. The interior of the cafe is gloomy, dark, as if you had entered a basement. Rarely). We ordered Caesar and Roast salad (in pots). To say that these dishes were cooked disgustingly means to say nothing. In the salad there is no chicken at all, all the croutons are all burnt, iceberg lettuce leaves were replaced with pieces of Peking stump cabbage, the cook probably did not even hear about the dressing of this salad, since it was completely absent and all this "miracle" was sprinkled with cheese that was not the first freshness. It was impossible to eat, we asked the waiters to remake us the salad. They brought us even worse than the previous one (apparently offended), As a result, we refused the salad. Then they brought us a roast. History repeated itself (half-baked potatoes, no meat, only solid veins, rancid mayonnaise, stale cheese, it tasted just disgusting! As a result, the hungry left the cafe (and they paid the bill). It seems like how uncomfortable "the cook tried." In conclusion, I want to turn to the owner (hostess) and the cook of this drinking establishment, dear, I certainly understand that you have a small town, few guests come to your cafe, I want to save somewhere so that there would be as much profit as possible. You can skip the question, but not about the kitchen. Learn to cook deliciously from quality products !!! And do not poison people with your terrible cooking! The level of service and cooking should be at a high level, then the attendance of your cafe will be high.

So-so. Need a repair and a modern menu. A few years ago it was better.
