My family, until today, has been a regular customer of Kingsushi for several years, they ordered mostly rolls. Bought in other places, but one-time, but here quite often, if not regularly. Moms decided to make another order for their birthday, they thought of taking advantage of the corresponding promotion and discount, but here's the bad luck: Mom’s real birthday is several days different from the official one, which is indicated in the passport. In Soviet times, this was acceptable and grandfather officially registered his daughter's birthday on his birthday, apparently he wanted to make such a gift for himself. I called around lunch at Kingsushi, the operator Nadezhda answered the call, explained the situation, asked the question whether it is possible to take advantage of a birthday discount. In robot mode, I listened to the answer three times, which I also knew that it was indicated on the website that the discount was valid on the birthday of the passport, the day before it and the day after. Realizing that a Kingsushi employee was not at all interested in resolving the issue of his regular customer, maintaining and maintaining further mutually beneficial relations, he asked me to connect with one of the senior employees, to which I received an answer that this was impossible. Nadezhda suggested writing in the VKontakte group to resolve the issue, but I asked to transfer my number to someone from the senior staff so that they would contact me to discuss my issue. Nadezhda said that she would give my number to the manager, who will contact me shortly. Without waiting for the call for several hours, I called Kingsushi again, Nadezhda answered the call again, saying that she had transferred everything to the manager, and I informed that no one had contacted me. As a result, no one called me either day or night. Apparently Kingsushi, its managers and other employees are not particularly important customer appeals, service and reputation, and sales with orders apparently. I leave this review for the owners of this business, since it is competitive, as well as for current and potential customers. Today, customers are important not only the quality of products and services, not only the price, but also service - quality of service. Sometimes rolls were brought in, wrinkled, curves (especially extreme ones), sometimes it was decently delayed with delivery, but we turned a blind eye to this, remained faithful customers, but for Kingsushi we were not expensive and not interesting. Perhaps we will still make our final order this year with them, but not a fact. Let's see who is a worthy competitor in our city, and there are many of them. It is highly likely that from 2020 Kingsushi will have an entire family of regular customers less, and possibly even a few families of our friends. Other Kingsushi customers would like to convey this thought - do not try to invest anything valuable in nothing, pay those who are not ready to do the least good for you, devote your time and attention to you even for a fee, not to mention more. Know and draw conclusions.

Krch played poker with the guys, they wanted to eat rolls, I also ordered soup, and together with the guys we ordered rolls, but there is no soy sauce, it's not clear where to dip the rolls, I do not recommend anyone to contact this delivery + the rolls were also cold and the soup is not tasty!

I made an order for self-delivery, arrived at the time, and they say to me “sorry the rice is over, your order will not be” and this is December 31 in the evening with the expectation that it would be on the table, as a result of time and money spent and a spoiled holiday. They didn’t even try to fix the situation, because there is a branch at a different address, they would have taken them from there. The girl on the phone constantly says only one "write a complaint in contact" that a miserable reply will follow, we apologize. In general, you can’t eat enough, there are no guarantees, the service is so-so.
