The building in Rostov-on-Don, built in 1914 for the book publisher Nikolai Paramonov, designed by the architect Leonid Eberg. Currently, the mansion houses the Yu. A. Zhdanov Zonal Scientific Library of the Southern Federal University. The building is built in the style of neoclassicism and has the status of a monument of architecture of federal significance.
