Good afternoon, I ask the management to pay attention to the work of the staff !!!!!!!!!!! I visit this store quite often, but nothing changes !!!!!!!!!! Service is AWESOME !!!!!!! I have repeatedly encountered rudeness from the staff !!!!!!! Of the three ticket offices, only one works, despite the queue of five or more people !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!! There are enough employees, but zero sense !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think it is possible to organize the work so that the buyer makes purchases, pays calmly, and did not waste my time and nerves !!!!!!!
