Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord in Spasskoe on Myaksa (stone). One-altar stone summer church, built at the expense of parishioners. The main volume of the temple is a two-story quadrangle with a five-domed end; tiered tent-roofed bell tower (not preserved). Closed in 1937, broken completion, misused. It is currently abandoned. The stone church in the village of Myaksa was built in 1785, and services continued here for more than a century and a half. They ended in the 40s of the 20th century, when the temple was destroyed, and its abbot, Father Cyril, was killed. In times of prosperity, the temple was famous not only for its strong community, but also for the king-bell, which was not found anywhere else in the vicinity. He weighed about four tons. He was brought to the temple bell tower on the Sheksna ice on ten horses. They say that in Soviet times, when the bell was dropped, the locals were on their knees.
