If the owner reads this: realize that your business is not about flowers. He's about logistics. I won’t take any more risks.

Disappointed with the seller’s service and qualifications in the store at 88 Aviator Avenue, When asking for a bouquet, the seller constantly asked what flowers to add, except for roses and greenery, could not offer anything, were forced to prompt what we want to see. Further, he was unable to beautifully arrange the bouquet, wrapped it so that the bouquet looked like a bag with seeds. And during the design, I constantly asked what color we want to see this or that part of the bouquet. Coming to the store, I as a consumer want to receive quality service. We meet with this attitude in this store more than once. Earlier, my husband bought a bouquet as a gift, so he was asked what he wants, how can a man know this? He wants to come and buy a bouquet, he does not want to understand the names of the flowers! And the last addition, teach sellers the math, with the declared 2 bouquets of 1000 each, their total cost is 2500, the store is certainly profit, but from the point of view of the buyer, the precipitate remains unpleasant.

The choice is not big but the flowers are beautiful delicate. The staff is kind.
