To bring at least the appearance in order is a no-brainer, it is not clear why order in all post offices has been put in order for a long time, but people live here like in the Stone Age, and have not heard about the aesthetic appearance of a public place.

Operators are rude, always queues, at least two windows worked before, now it’s one and the same with difficulty, they always leave earlier (sometimes for 15 minutes, sometimes for 30), it’s a pity that the postal workers treat people like that. Only a woman is happy - a postman, tries to put packages, if small, into a box
