The staff is terrible. Ordered a cheap dress from china. 2 months went by. Found a notice in the mailbox. Come here. An hour they were looking for this package. then it turned out that they had in their hands a LOT of unanswered notices with notes URGENTLY TAKE, etc. and the parcel was issued on the passport data of another person. They promised to figure it out. After a week we arrive - the dress was given unpacked. They said that they allegedly mixed up and gave it to some grandmother. But its mine, if you gave it to your grandmother, how did you find her then? And how in general is a package issued for the passport data of another person? And how did expired notices appear in the hands of the post office if they were supposed to come to our mailbox? In general, the staff is muddy.
