Today we visited the veterinary clinic in the hope of making an X-ray of the cat. I called before arrival, clarified, if I arrive right now with a referral, they said they will. In fact, the administrator said that she had a half-hour shift. When asked if I had to wait half an hour, or the veterinarian did not have a shift, she replied that as soon as the doctor was free, they would accept us. There was no one in front of me. Half an hour passed, the staff drove teas, laughing merrily, pounded the people down, they began to take by appointment, Karl! As a result, after waiting 40 minutes, I realized that it would take a long time to wait, and I left for another veterinary clinic. People, how can you be so disregarding about someone else's time! This is disrespect for potential customers. If I was warned about the waiting time, I would immediately turn around and leave. I want to say goodbye to you. Forever and ever!

Wonderful vet clinic. They used to seek vaccinations. They urgently brought me to sew up the throat of a dachshund after a fight (before that, 3 clinics refused to accept it), they took it immediately, everything quickly, they saved me. Today the stitches were removed, thanks again for saving the dog ❤️ there are enough parking spaces there, by the way, there were never any problems. And the prices are not at all expensive, but the most important thing is that everything is of high quality.

Clinic staff always fight for the animal to the last. Thanks to them for my Asechka ... The whole family with their animals is observed only here. Very friendly and efficient staff. For 5 years already we have been treating all animals only here.
