Visited this sauna for the second time. On the first visit, everything was fine. The second time I got an unpleasant experience from this sauna. The point is that my wife and I came. We paid 1800 rubles for 3 hours and received an hour as a gift. Then an emergency occurred, we were forced to leave the sauna after 25-30 minutes of presence. Taking advantage of nothing. They just turned on the music, set the table, and then had to leave. We were refused a request to return the money. Offered at the next visit 1.5 hours free. I refused this bonus. I will not go to this sauna again, and I do not recommend it to anyone. Because the "service" of this sauna is just at the "height" I forgot to add WHAT, they indicated that in case of booking and payment of 50% of the payment, and in case of refusal to visit, this amount is non-refundable. Specifically, they have not written anything about my situation.

We went to the bathhouse as a family, everything is decent, clean, the staff is helpful, I recommend it to everyone.
