I liked the attitude of veterinarians very much. Was with a cat. We examined everything in detail and explained what needs to be done. Nothing superfluous was prescribed (everything in the case) until the tests arrived. I liked it very much.

I really like the attitude towards the cat. I like the doctor Yulia Fedorovna. The kitty, in principle, is also more comfortable with her. Did sterilization here over a year ago. Things are good.

A year ago, they brought a rat here, immediately informed the doctor that she had bad breathing, etc. I was told to wait. As a result, the rat died without waiting for help, in front of my child, standing in line. Today, history repeated itself. They brought a rat with edema and frequent breathing, asked to be taken urgently. The answer was negative, but when the same one accepted us, don’t understand who said that there is no reason for concern, the rat is healthy. The rat died on the way to another clinic. My mistake is that I live not far from this clinic and it’s hard for me to get to another clinic. P.S the day before we were here and they gave us some kind of injection, the rat injured his eye and we came for an examination.

Thanks to the girls for the emergency help to our Vaska, it's even scary to imagine what would have happened to him if not for their well-coordinated - professional team. Already on the first day after the operation, the pet became cheerful and began to eat, now we are undergoing a course of therapy and Vaska's condition has noticeably improved.
