If you could give a rating of minus 10, then it would be a fair assessment !!! The sauna warms up in 40-50 minutes, and this is 1000 rubles from YOUR pocket !!! The pool is very cold, there is no heating, water is re-chlorinated, eyes begin to itch at 2 minutes of bathing, there is no karaoke, the TV switches without a remote control, as the administrator has the remote control and she also needs to watch TV, so she explained to us !!! Generally very disappointed in the service and in the sauna itself !!!
